I’m no different than anyone reading this right now—except that I’ve crawled and clawed my way through the hardest times to get where I am today. I know my potential, and I know I’m better than what I’m currently doing. Instead of overcoming my childhood and the toxic lifestyle I was raised in, I dove straight into it. And it set me back. I’m not rich. I’ve never owned a house. I’ve never owned my cars. I work a salaried job just to survive.
But here’s the truth: I went from being a broke kid whose parents were too drunk to care, to a drug dealer, to an inmate, and now to a salaried supervisor. Am I where I want to be? Not even close. But that’s exactly why I’m building this brand and these businesses—to change my future, to fund my education, to earn my doctorate, and to stand on stages next to people like Tony Robbins, Billy Alsbrooks, and Les Brown. Not because I want fame. But because I want to help people escape the very life that tried to keep me trapped.
Not because I read it in a book. Not because someone handed me a fancy certification. But because I’ve lived it.
In May 2024, I weighed 298 pounds—out of shape, unhealthy, tired, and stuck in a cycle that wasn’t serving me. I took control, changed my habits, and lost nearly 70 pounds in a year.
But my transformation wasn’t just physical—it was mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I come from a drug-riddled past, raised by drunk parents, surrounded by a lifestyle that was built to break me. I went to prison. But I made a choice the day I walked out—I wasn’t going to be another statistic. And I haven’t had so much as a single ticket since my release.
I rebuilt myself from the ground up. I learned discipline, resilience, and how to take accountability for my actions. I’m street-taught through hard knocks, not just book knowledge. My education isn’t just in certifications—it’s in experience, struggle, and overcoming obstacles most wouldn’t survive.
I’ve dedicated my entire life to getting smarter, stronger, and better. I’ve got courses upon courses lined up, but working a 9-5 barely gives me the time to knock them out. That’s why I’m grinding—to build a business that will allow me to go all-in on my purpose.
I’m in the process of earning my personal trainer certification and nutrition coach certification, but more than that, I’m here to prove that transformation is possible. I’m starting my food truck business, creating content, and helping people who are tired of spinning their wheels trying to lose weight with no results. All these “quick fix” programs out there? Garbage.
Here’s the real formula: Eat right. Train hard. Be consistent.
It sucks some days. It’s not easy. But you own your mind. You have to fight the battle in your head and prove you’re the one in control.
I’m here to help, plain and simple. I plan to do that in many ways—through this website, through coaching, through content, and through real-world experience.
You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. You don’t have to eat bland food. I’ll show you how to make bomb meals that fuel your body. You just have to stop making excuses and put in the work.
I didn’t get here overnight. I’ve fought, I’ve failed, I’ve lost, and I’ve had to start over more times than I can count. But I refuse to stop now.
I hope that what I’m doing here inspires you to make a change. You can find me on social media, and I’ve created a contact page. Get in touch. Let’s do this together.
I’m not a guru. I didn’t get fancy degrees or go to some top-tier college. I’m raw, unfiltered, and real. I don’t waste time on theory—I live this.
I’ve been broke. I’ve been a drug addict. I’ve been to prison. But now? I have the wisdom, the discipline, and the mentality to help YOU. And I will stand on those stages one day—just like my heroes. This is my mission.
It won’t be easy. It won’t be quick. But it will be worth it.
So lace up. Grow up. Turn off the damn electronics. Quit watching other people live their lives while you waste yours.
