I got tired of my own bullshit.

We eat what we want without thinking about the consequences. We drink what we want, ignoring the hidden poisons in our food. And worst of all? We sit on our asses all day, staring at screens, doing nothing to change.

It’s time to wake up. Our ancestors didn’t fight, bleed, and build civilizations for us to sit inside binge-watching TV, scrolling through social media, and stuffing our faces with junk. They fought to survive, to thrive, to build something greater. And what are we doing? Throwing it all away in exchange for momentary comfort.
